Make sure that all combining marks above have an anchor #5

Not all combining marks had anchors initially. I've added them to some glyphs, but probably not all, so I should run a check once again.

Actually fixed in f171d7cfd8ee5bb1ea3756b9772701b079d13148.

It would still be amazing to manually review and adjust all marks, but I would need a decent GUI UFO editor for that.
