將衆方案重新組織爲若干軟件包，準備拆分代碼庫 #125

prelude 和 essay 作爲獨立軟件包； 其他方案原則上按照輸入法種類和方案對詞典的依賴關係劃分。

同時依據上游項目更新一些方案的開源許可。
