添加配制选项以移除特定候选词 #883

能否新增配制项，引入一个移除词汇列表，使得一些黑名单那词汇不在候选词列表出现。

例如：我使用鼠须管-地球拼音，输入kou jiao，候选词列表会自动组合词汇出现“口交”，这个词汇不适宜出现。

如果我提错库了，麻烦指出，谢谢。

之前我提在鼠须管的库中，维护者指出我应当提在librime https://github.com/rime/squirrel/issues/793#event-12938472818

直接从 /Library/Input Methods/Squirrel.app/Contents/SharedSupport/essay.txt 里删掉

删掉的话更新就回去了 +1 for official stopwords support

确实,拼音用户对这个功能的需求应该蛮大
