Hello,

This PR modifies rime-install.bat to allow branch specifiers. It will default to the default branch if not specified so the default branch does not have to be named master. It also fixes a bug with the zip package URL. More detail is in the commit messages.

If this is accepted, how long does it take for it to be in the next Weasel release?

Thanks for the PR. The changed script will be included in the Weasel build after its submodule plum is updated.
