中英狀態提示框不及時顯示 #119

squirrel 檢測到按鍵輸入後才判斷是否已切換到另一個程序，然後才通知該應用是否已被切換到英文。應該在輸入前就提示。

更新：跟之前那幾行代碼無關。

剛才不小心把研究 #116 的邏輯帶進來了，跟那幾行特定代碼無關。 總之輸入法有沒有可能在不接收按鍵時檢測應用切換？
