升级rime重启后黑屏无法进入系统 #1309

操作系统信息

描述遇到的问题 rime原版本0.14.3（已屏蔽0.15.0版本更新），应提示更新到0.16.1。更新完成后依照软件提示重启电脑，此后便卡在厂家商标界面后，登录界面前，黑屏。

安全模式下启动系统，卸载小狼毫，确保C:\Windows\System32\ 和 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ 下的weasel.dll和weasel.ime都已删除，重启
