Adds a File > Open Workspace... menu item, allowing the user to switch between multiple sets of notes in different locations.
The default location for production builds is ${HOME}/Notes, while development builds default to ${HOME}/Developer/Notes.

The current workspace is resisted in on-disk and restored when re-opening the application.
