Doesn't work with IPv6 only connections

When trying to connect to a Domoticz server via an IPv6 address the following error is logged.

urllib.error.URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 97] Address family not supported by protocol>

I believe there is a later library urllib2 that could fix this issue.
