I applaud the effort you've put into your list, though it has become large enough by now that it needed some polishing.

I think I got around to placing around 270 of the entries into categories for the time being, as I felt users and potential users would've more easily got to known which kinds of sites the list blocks (WikiLeaks in particular seems a bit harsh for me personally to block).

I've turned on the "Allow edits by maintainers" button for this PR, of course.

I agree it is becoming large enough that more structure is needed. It's a big pile of mud at present.

Sorting and adding categories would make it easier for people viewing the list but more work for people adding to & maintaining the list. I'm pretty stretched already.

It would be better for everyone if this list had a web-based GUI for managing the content and possibly git integration. About a year ago I created most of such a system but due to various turmoil I can't find the code at present. Hoping to resurrect or recreate it pretty soon.
