Please can you add extensionNumber to the ForwardTarget and TransferTarget definitions to allow for 'internal' transfer of calls

Where is it documented? I don't know that this is supported.

Update: OK, it seems to be an undocumented hidden feature. The definition classes in this library are auto generated based on this spec. So I need to ask spec maintainers to update the spec first.
