@SeaFist Could the user try disable all other extension, leave only this extension, and how is the computer's hardware, I tried in a one core cpu, 1.6G mem virtual linux, could not reproduce this.
I experienced the same issue and thought it was Pipedrive that was at fault. Turned off the extension, and the delay is gone. There is definitely time delay when extension is active.
@FilipinaW Can you tell me what is your hardware, like cpu, memory size?

It's especially slowing down the pop up screens where you log activities.
I am working on a fix, should be released soon, maybe related to large contacts numbers.

Hello @FilipinaW @zxdong262 . The RingCentral for Google Chrome Embeddable uses chrome as its source processing. @zxdong262 Would you be able to recognize and differentiate RC's embedabble in Task Manager so we can check and compare the Apps running vs CPU vs Memory Usage?
@SeaFist I think it is not a standalone process that can be seen in task manager.
@SeaFist @FilipinaW How many contacts and deals you have?
@zxdong262 last version 8.2 won't even sync my contacts.. not sure what's going on. It keeps on saying 'syncing contacts' in the bottom left corner all the time. I also have issues with moving it around the page as it hid under the top black bar and can't move it from that spot - I think I'm going to roll back a version and see if those issues are gone. We have 5500 people and 1930 organizations in our database

@zxdong262 you closed this ticket, but unfortunately it is still an issue. I sometimes have to disable the extension because it's just too slow. Should I open a separate ticket?
A user of PipeDrive reported to me about their usage. Here is what the users stated.
_I wanted to let you know that we unfortunately had to uninstall the plugin from PipeDrive for 2 users because it made PipeDrive incredibly slow and I wanted to report this to you in case it would help with your development efforts on this feature.
You may want to mention this to the Web Developers. I think it could be the developer mode that caused the slowness but I have no clue.
Once we established the click to call through the extension, typing notes in PipeDrive became incredibly delayed. You could type a whole paragraph and it would take 30 seconds – a minute to have the text display.
Other tasks are also slowed down by the extension including site navigation, updates made to deals, pulling up multiple tabs of PipeDrive, etc.
If you could have your developers look into this, we would appreciate that as we are now unable to use the extension on several of our computers._
