We have users that have started to log their conversations in PipeDrive. They have been using RingCentral for SMS and have quite a lot of messages with some people. When they go to log the conversation the first time, it makes the app unsuable and for some even waiting a whole day has not had it stop. Is there a workaround for this or can only one green success bar be present? Please let us know! See attached screenshot for details
