When taking a call, it's very difficult to notice the small single line notes field at the very bottom. Also, if you expand that notes field, it covers the buttons needed to control the call and sometimes you won't be able to hangup the call because the notes field is covering it. This change would instead pop out a side drawer with a larger notes field in it. This notes field will persist for 20 seconds after the call ends so an agent may enter their notes before it is submitted to the call log. Also, this new notes drawer would allow the agent to select a call outcome and call type via drop down boxes much like the native HubSpot version does today.
