Downloading ZIP archive from github will not include the submodules. However, nobody should download RINGMesh like this:

dev should clone it and cmake will get the submodules for them
user should get the binaries from the release tab or the website.

"nobody should download RINGMesh" (for the .zip). I do not agree with your comment. It is a way to get ringmesh as another. We just decided that it is not recommended.
