consider having autogenerator for graph definitions #33

some users may prefer having the graph definitions regenerated automatically. it may implemented as follows:

scan collectd dir for all datasets, calc md5sum from all file names
check if md5sum changes, ask user to regenerate graph definitions
if allowed in prev *, generate in loop, until md5sum stabilizes
check again, once in 1 hour? or make check period increase after app start from 5min to 5 hours?
