ci: use `EmbarkStudios/cargo-deny-action@v1` #8

The previously used and now deprecated actions-rs/audit-check@v1 does not work well anymore, and does not reliably tell you about error before the change was merged.

Related: #6.

Should we enable branch protected, so a review is needed?

As you prefer. It's a side-project (and yours too), so I'll let project management completely up to you (lazyness overload haha).

Yeah, I guess it's not needed. I just wanted to make sure if maybe you want to have an eye on the changes. :)

I'm keeping an eye on changes but I don't expect any of them to be controversial (for me) in any way.

I'll use this project as a base for future similar ones though. :)
