localhost refused to connect. #14

Hi Rinku,

i want to ask after implementation through Swagger, we cant access it from URL pattern?????? if yes then i am unable to access it through URL pattern. Might be my url pattern is wrong, can you please check it once.

Just write http://localhost:port/swagger-ui.html
