which parameters or style or model was used to generate variations of a photo that are of a different gender / age from a source?

Gender / Age changes are done using InterFaceGAN directions taken from Anycost GAN. The directions themselves are in the editing/interfacegan_bounderies directory.

You can look at the video generation scripts for examples of how they are used.
