Contributing guide #7

  1. Created a CONTRIBUTING.md guide and updated `README.md'.
  2. Downloaded the rinto logo and moved it into a docs folder - this should prevent any future 404's (imgur URL's are short-lived).
  3. Moved .rin files to examples folder.
