States for HongKong are missing? #166

There are no states for Hong Kong in https://github.com/rinvex/countries/tree/master/resources/divisions

Is this on purpose? Hong Kong should have 18 states.

Not on purpose, would you be able to submit a PR for that? I'd be happy to consider a PR to add these missing divisions, all PRs are welcome 😉
