[Proposal] Business Regions #61

I see that you support Word Regions (which seems to be similar) but not Business Regions.

It would be great if the additional regions could be added to World Regions, or a new 'Business Region' parameter be added, with getBusinessRegion() method.

Awaiting client sign off and then I'll see what I can do. Am I right in thinking 'World Regions' and 'Business Regions' are different things?
