CI Support #4

I want to use this script in CI environment. Could you provide -y option, which selects all commits and perform merge automatically? I won't change any codes in template, so there's no worry of conflict.

Thank you @kyori19, and my apologies for the late followup here. I'm quite busy with work at the moment, so if you have time (and a desire to), you're welcome to open up a PR! I'll also tag this as a good first-time FOSS issue (in case anyone else wants to pick this up)
