Script no longer works due to Ubuntu updates - Fix Included #4

Script is no longer functioning. Related to this issue referenced on mail-in-a-box github. https://github.com/mail-in-a-box/mailinabox/issues/2335#issuecomment-1829742553

The script can be corrected by using v67 installer for LMIAB_PACKAGE_URL
