Minor features and debugs:

Adding a new feature in the occultation map.
Added duplicity and RUWE flag on Star.
New plot function in occultation.
New function to calculate geometric albedo.
Debugging LightCurve.to_file() and plot_model().
Added to_log() for all the SORA main objects.
