Include site when getting ephemeris from Horizons #80

There is an issue with EphemHorizons.

When getting ephemeris from Horizons passing a specific observer, it only works if the observer has an IAU code. If the Observer object does not have an IAU code, it gets ephemeris for the geocenter.
