A recent update in the API by JPL has caused an issue and now it is not possible to download BSP files.
Temporary alternative: The only possible solution at the moment is to use directly the API: https://ssd-api.jpl.nasa.gov/doc/horizons.html#spk_file
The SORA team is working on the necessary modifications considering that update.
