I've attempted to do video camera backgrounds in the past, and as it turned out, it was way more difficult than you would think to figure out how these worked. I'll leave it as a potential feature worth investigating, but I wouldn't get my hopes up on figuring these out. The nitro badge is a no. It's not happening.
