Fix deploy badge in README #401

Why️?

Two of the badges at the start of the README were not working

What Changed?

Fixed the deploy badge according to the steps here: https://github.com/badges/shields/issues/8671

Couldn't work out how to fix the code quality badge, there are steps here: https://docs.codacy.com/getting-started/adding-a-codacy-badge/#fixing-your-codacy-badge

Feel free to edit this PR to fix that one too :)
