Increase support for vs2019, and for font awesome v5 #103

除了增加了对vs2019的支持 还增加了一些webfont的支持, 例如: fontawesome v5.8.2, segmdl2 的支持.

但现在还有一个问题, 需要大家看看, 就是在web编辑器中上下文菜单中的glyphfriend的菜单无法在vs2019中显示.

Thanks so much for this PR @dodu2014, it's greatly appreciated. However, due to a high number of API changes, it doesn't appear to be working as expected. I'll have a release coming soon for 2019 support, as I've finally had a chance to work on the project.
