Typescript support #7

My javascript sections turn all-white when displaying script(type='typescript'), even though the code transpiles fine (can provide an example repo if desired).

Should this issue also be posted on the typescript sublime package and cross-referenced?

This doesn't officially support typescript, but we could modify it to use js highlighting for ts. The syntax is almost identical so should work. No example needed.

Should hopefully get it done this weekend if it's a quick update.
