[ ] Todo is to collect all phrases and create regexps for monitorng
[ ] Implement collecting logs from file
[ ] Implement collecting logs from docker container
[ ] Make a shared mechanism inside infracheck for logs reading from those two sources, so any checks could use this mechanism
