https://github.com/riparias/rato-occurrences/issues/69 is partly linked to the query we use to trigger a GBIF download..

The mapping of rato vzw data can be improved. But one thing is sure: we should check that the download query is good enough to catch the difference between occurrences describing observations (to be imported/shown in our early warning tool) and the others describing management actions and so not be imported/shown.
