Implements robots.txt #127

Is that useful/necessary? Should probably be useful for things such as #106

Similar errors than #106 are back (for a different bot), so yes it would be good.

I implemented a workaround (returning a 400 error instead of getting an unhandled exception) when incorrectly encoded filters are passed, so that might be less urgent, but still nice to have.
