Create specific GBIF account used for daily downloads #148

... So they don't use my personal account anymore.

Account created, email used for the dev environment is info@dev-alert.riparias.be. Let's now configure the dev server.

For now, the production server also use the "dev" GBIF account. Should we create a new one for that?

Does it mean that two downloads per day are now triggered by this account? I think it is still fine for GBIF. You get a warning if you trigger downloads every 5 minutes or so. But twice a day should not result in a download suspension.

Indeed, no capacity problems expected. It's just that to keep things clean, I prefer to have totally separated resources (accounts, databases, domains, mail addresses, ...) per environment.

Update: account created and configured (in prod), just make sure tomorrow that the data update was successfully perforrmed.
