Switch to a new endpoint, this endpoint also includes rats!
New field, global id containing a GUID, that is now used as occurrence id
Did the event id change?

The event id changed in the past (since last update to GBIF), but not between the old (encrypted) endpoint, and this new (encrypted) endpoint.

We have been assured this global_id (a GUID) will remain stable, even when the databank is updated or restored from backup. After this PR, we should be able to update the dataset to GBIF again.

We will lose some 500 records (didn't investigate which ones, just counted them), but gain around 80k, (all rats).
