occurrenceStatus is only present in 15% of records #184

We are only reporting occurrenceStatus in 15% of the records, (rats are seriously lowering this proportion, so low hanging fruit is setting those to present ?)

Some are also uninterpretable, because we are using our own term doubtful, instead of just present and absent which is allowed in darwincore but not handled by GBIF. I think this is fine.

Mostly rats that don't have an occurrenceStatus

Waarneming_type is the source of occurrenceStatus, but it's mostly empty for rats.

GBIF infers occurrenceStatus PRESENT when no value is provided, so we might as well provide this status. Discussed with Lien.
