Check raw list and adapt mapping #12

This PR:

  1. solves all formatting issues with the new version of the data/raw/list_of_invasive_alien_species_of_union_concern.tsv
  2. Adapt mapping to handle vernacular names in three different languages (nl and fr are added)
  3. Allows multiple vernacular names for a language (notice I had to use semicolon ; instead of comma , as some one vernacular name contain a comma
  4. Build website again
