Failling to load meshes that use Draco #481

Description

An error is being thrown when trying to load meshes that were compressed using Draco.

Expected vs. Observed

- -
Expected Mesh being loaded without error
Observed Errors are thrown and the mesh isn't loaded

Repro Steps

  1. Add a Draco compressed mesh to the build
  2. Open the CSR configurator
  3. Check that the configurator isn't loading and errors where thrown
