Non-fallback support for Thai script, minor font changes #175

An attempt to create TSO-like Thai glyphs. Unfortunately, the font features typically used by Thai fonts are still unsupported since the parser can't handle them. thai We'll see what Thai players think about it… You can always restore the Layiji font.

I've also tweaked some Latin punctuation marks, especially their spacing.
