All pets are named Luna. This applies to both family pets and strays.

Is this in the EU Complete Collection? I notice that your family members have no names either.

I think there is an issue where the family names are NOT present in US english - only the languages they were created for.

That's correct - EU Complete Collection (Yellow box).
