Adding support for cactiStyle function #12

Renders the legend like Cacti with Current, Max, and Min fields. This function should be the outermost as it's possible to overwrite it's output otherwise.

Nice, is this is a recent graphite addition? never come across it

I'm not sure which version of graphite added support as I've only been using graphite for 2 days now. It's in the 0.9.9 for sure.

OK, I renamed it to cacti_style for the DSL bits as thats more in line with the rest of the DSL and updated the docs
