Tag the 0.0.1 release #1

Hey @ripienaar would you mind tagging the 0.0.1 release on github? A simple git tag will do it, or you can use the Releases Page. If you tag as 0.0.1, this will fill the lives of librarian-puppet users with :rainbow:
