Java version:
java 17.0.6 2023-01-17 LTS
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 17.0.6+9-LTS-190)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 17.0.6+9-LTS-190, mixed mode, sharing)
Operating system: Mint 20.3 Una
Exact URL you were trying to rip when the problem occurred: ALL reddit albums
Expected Behavior
Reddit albums used to immediately start downloading (with occasional download issues due to content not found, etc.), but generally things went smoothly and worked immediately after pressing the "Rip" button.
Actual Behaviour
I copy-paste the reddit album URL into Ripme and press the "Rip" button, but the program idles for several minutes (the "Stop" button is active (icon is RED), meaning the program is running), but nothing happens. Then, after a few moments, the download starts and runs without issues.
This "idling" issue can last anywhere between 10 seconds and 5 minutes. It also appears to happen randomly; sometimes downloads start immediately (like in the "old days"), but most of the idling issue occurs.
Problem started about 3-4 months ago. Firewall is not the issue (thoroughly tested).
