Create anki cards from multiple subtitle lines. #183

Often, longer sentences are split across multiple lines in the subtitles so the portion shown on screen doesn't provide sufficient context. It would be helpful to be able to merge them into a single item when exporting into anki.

This has been a feature for years with the {context} marker.
