Config updates to prefare for directory submission.

Hello, these are my suggested updates before submitting to the directory. I also changed file format from plist format to json, simply because it is easier work with.

• Change name from 'Bob v2' to 'Bob'
• Add a 'popclipVersion' which is a required field for the directory
• Add 'app' dictionary so that users without Bob will be directed to install it

In case there are other versions of the app with bundle ID that is not com.hezongyidev.Bob, the additional bundle identifiers shuold be added to the array.

I also suggest to delete the '.popclipextz' file since this will be built automatically by the extensions server.
