Low Ripple Balance (250 XRP) Inconsistency #394

The warning message of low ripple balance explains that you need 250XRP to use ALL the features of ripple.

I was playing around (with a balance of 300 XRP) and executed (unsuccessfully) a trade order because I had no BTC. The system took a fraction of XRP for the unsuccessful transaction so I was left with less than 300 XRP.

Then I tried to create a trust to transfer some BTC and the system explained: "You must have at least 300 XRP to add a trust line."

So, how many XRP do you need to use ALL the features of ripple?

... and now I'm stuck.

Ok, I have 299.9999 XRP, 1 test trust line and 0 orders. If I were to add another trust line I would need current reserv (200 + 1x50) + additional 50 XRP for the new trust line, right? So I need 300 XRP.

Could you please explain how can I delete my test trust line to decrease reserve.
