Sending XRP to get 40 USD at WeExchange failed #827

What "failed" means? What response did you received? what's your account? what is the transaction id?

My account ID is Ouzo69. I already contacted the WeExchange support team about a day ago, but didn't get any reply yet. How can I get the transaction ID?

Hello Support Team,

I tried to deposit 40 USD to my account at WeExchange, but it failed! I sent the equivalent of 40 USD in 2585 XRP to the following address: Recipient r9vbV3EHvXWjSkeQ6CAcYVPGeq7TuiXY2X Destination tag 2545262505 Ledger Number 878426 Transaction Number 6CBC7F5FD75CC17798D3C019497BB226C631929692112EFE48A899043ABBCA83

But somehow the transfer failed and the funds to not show up at my WeExchange account.

Please help me getting my funds!

Here some additional information:

an hour ago You sent WeExchange USD 40 USD – You bought 40.08 USD for 2,585.16 XRP.

Hi,

There is no support team here. For support with WeExchange, contact WeExchange. If they have a specific issue with Ripple, they know how to contact us.

I contacted the WeExchange support again and I guess the only thing I can do now is waiting for thier answer.
