Missing old ledger entries #881

I went to check some old ledger entries for the original account rHb9CJAWyB4rj91VRWn96DkukG4bwdtyTh, but it appears that some ledger entries which were there (such as the original distribution of XRP) are no longer present / retrievable. These were there a couple of weeks ago, but seem to have gone. This also affects other older accounts.

I think this has been mentioned before under #160 .

I've checked my own accounts including my main one rnW7DHtmZGJk4uhGTSU2BW3iPCPWb2xegg and everything seems to be present for my own.

Transactions back to ledger 32,570 should be available on all the servers in the public rotation s1.ripple.com.
