Is there any plan in making ripple-lib-extensions a npm package, or maybe to include it directly into ripple-lib (RippleAPI)?

I think the other directories are unpublished. You could ask @shekenahglory about these.

Orderbook is missing and it still has the old style orderbook (compared with new RippleAPI). Also I see on XRPchat more and more people interested into it.
