feat: payment channel detail parser #37

@adrianhopebailie Would it be reasonable to return values in drops instead of XRP? I think this would help with consistency with rippled. Keys would be suffixed with _drops to avoid confusion. I'll push a commit that makes this change so you can see how it looks before deciding.
